Legislative changes in this area are numerous and occurring with increasing frequency, and our firm recognizes the ambiguities in these regulations, which undoubtedly cause farmers many difficulties.

Ongoing legal services for entities in the agricultural industry:
- we provide legal advice, help in obtaining funding, prepare legal opinions, applications, letters, appeals, complaints, lawsuits,
- we represent you in all administrative and court proceedings, including before the National Support Centre for Agriculture, the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture and other bodies, courts and institutions,
- we implement the required strategies, procedures, regulations,
- we assist in the collection of outstanding debts,
- we advise on matters related to the protection of intellectual property and its registration (copyrights, patents, trademarks, geographical signs, industrial designs);
- we advise on all matters related to family and inheritance law, if the subject is a farm,
- We negotiate and review civil law contracts, including: (i) contracts for agricultural contracts, (ii) third party liability insurance for farmers and agricultural crops, (iii) rental and leasing of agricultural machinery, (iv) sales of agricultural products, (v) forwarding and storage of goods.
Purchase and lease of agricultural land from the National Support Centre for Agriculture:
- we support the KOWR throughout the entire tender procedure (including preparing objections to the KOWR General Director and lawsuits for invalidation of contracts),
- We assist in the entire process of purchasing and leasing agricultural properties (including obtaining the required documents and advising on applicable regulations).
Acquisition of agricultural land by non-farmers:
- we advise our clients on how to acquire agricultural land if they do not run an agricultural business,
- we provide comprehensive legal services for all transactions involving the purchase, sale and lease of agricultural land,
- we support in proceedings before the National Support Centre for the Development of Agriculture (KOWR) regarding obtaining appropriate consents,
- We assist in transactions related to agricultural land.
Obtaining a decision on development conditions and a building permit for agricultural land:
- we represent clients at every stage of administrative proceedings related to obtaining the above decisions,
- We provide legal assistance in environmental impact assessment proceedings for projects carried out on agricultural land and in protected areas.
- we advise on applying for development conditions in areas requiring the opinion of the State Polish Waters (floodplain) and the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection (NATURA 2000 area),
- We advise on the process of dividing and consolidating agricultural properties as well as de-agriculturalizing and transforming agricultural land.
