We have experience in drafting the necessary contracts (including notarial deeds), not only for investment agreements or the acquisition of ownership and perpetual usufruct rights, but also for establishing carefully selected security measures for the transaction. We also actively participate in negotiating and concluding contracts. We prepare drafts and conduct negotiations.

We analyze drafts of loan agreements and security documents such as pledges, declarations of submission to enforcement, and mortgages.
