The Real Estate Department's practice focuses on regulating the legal status of real estate. We conduct land and mortgage registry court proceedings for land and mortgage register entries, as well as court proceedings to determine the actual legal status of real estate.
We also conduct proceedings for the return of expropriated properties or help former owners obtain the compensation they are entitled to.
The Real Estate Department also has extensive experience in perpetual usufruct matters. We represent our clients in proceedings to increase perpetual usufruct fees. We advise perpetual usufructuaries in negotiations with property owners to standardize periods and clarify the purpose of perpetual usufruct. We also support clients in processes related to the conversion of perpetual usufruct to ownership under the 2018 Act.
We critically analyze local development plans in order to file a complaint against them with the administrative court.
We also provide comprehensive services to housing communities. We advise on agreements related to the management and maintenance of shared properties and conduct debt collection activities for community debtors.
