The first inspections of businesses that received support under the Financial Shield have begun. As a reminder, the application period closed on July 31, 2020.

As part of the amendment intended to counteract crisis situations related to the occurrence of COVID-19, among other things, a change in the regulations regarding the conduct of construction investments was introduced.

Further restrictions are to be introduced starting Saturday. The regulation specifying these restrictions has not yet been published, but we have prepared a summary of them.

Additional restrictions related to the drastic increase in cases have been in effect since October 10, 2020. Currently, the entire country is in the yellow zone, excluding counties in the red zone.

Additional restrictions will be in effect from August 8, 2020. According to the draft regulation, they will apply to counties with the highest increase in disease incidence.

The Act of June 19 brought solutions that are important not only for entities operating in the real estate market, but also for entrepreneurs who are perpetual usufructuaries, tenants, lessees or otherwise use State Treasury real estate.
