Under the Anti-Crisis Shield 1.0, employers were required to have employees work remotely outside the office. The newly introduced Anti-Crisis Shield 4.0 complements the regulations regarding remote work from home.

The Anti-Crisis Shield 4.0, i.e. the Act of April 19, 2020, on interest subsidies for bank loans granted to entrepreneurs affected by the effects of COVID-19 and on the simplified procedure for approval of an arrangement in connection with the occurrence of COVID-19, was signed by the President.

Legislative work is underway on the government's draft law on interest subsidies for bank loans granted to ensure financial liquidity for entrepreneurs affected by the effects of COVID-19.

On May 20, the government adopted a draft law on simplified restructuring proceedings. All indications are that this amendment will be part of the so-called anti-crisis shield 4.0.

The Act of 14 May has a significant impact on the procedural aspect of ongoing proceedings, as it provides for the resumption of previously suspended deadlines, as well as the commencement of deadlines that could not begin due to COVID-19.

On May 15, 2020, the President signed the so-called Anti-Crisis Shield 3.0. This is another package of legal provisions, complementing the package of regulations introduced in connection with the state of epidemic.
