The company recommends attorney Bartosz Graś and attorney Marcin Zawistowski from the Graś Wspólnicy sp.k. law firm as transaction advisors.

The attorneys represented the Company’s interests during the entry of the investment fund and then during the sale of a controlling stake in ANWIM SA, which owns the MOYA petrol station chain.

The advice included negotiating all transaction documents.
