The privacy policy describes the principles of processing personal data by the Graś i Wspólnicy Law Firm in Warsaw, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and applicable legal regulations.

General Information

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of users of the website (hereinafter " Users ") operating at https://kglegal.pl/ (hereinafter "Website" ).
  2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to present the rules governing the processing of your personal data and to indicate your basic rights related to the processing of your personal data by us.
  3. The controller of personal data is Graś i Wspólnicy Sp. k. (hereinafter referred to as " KGLEGAL ") with its registered office in Warsaw at 26 Bieniewicka Street (01-632), registered in the National Court Register – Register of Entrepreneurs, maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000420431, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5252531455.
  4. For the safety of users, personal data collected by KGLEGAL are processed in accordance with the principles set out in personal data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR") and Polish regulations issued in connection with the GDPR, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended). KGLEGAL keeps personal data confidential and protects it against unauthorized access by third parties in accordance with the principles set out in the above-mentioned legal acts.

Legal basis for data processing

  1. KGLEGAL processes the personal data of contractors (including customers) and business contacts for the purpose of:
    1. concluding and performing a contract, including issuing an invoice or bill and providing a service (scope of data: first name, last name, address, delivery address, e-mail) – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
    2. establishing cooperation (scope of data: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, other data provided by the candidate in the application form) – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR,
    3. debt collection (scope of data: name, surname, address, delivery address, e-mail, other data necessary to prove the existence of the claim or defend rights) – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR,
    4. fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on KGLEGAL in connection
      with conducting business activities (scope of data: all data obtained from the user) – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
    5. conducting own marketing and promotional activities (scope of data: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number) Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR,
    6. conducting marketing and promotional activities based on separately granted consent – ​​Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
    7. sending commercial information by electronic means in accordance with Article 10 paragraph 2 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended), including sending a newsletter (scope of data: first name, last name, address, delivery address, e-mail) – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR,
    8. using telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes in accordance with Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended).
    9. Providing your data is voluntary, however, in the absence of your personal data, the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes will be impossible.
  2. KGLEGAL collects or may collect the following personal data via the contact form available on the website or direct contact from the user (e-mail, telephone):
      • identification data (including name, surname, date and place of birth, company),
      • contact details (telephone number, address, e-mail address),
      • PESEL, NIP, REGON numbers
      • employment data,
      • bank account number.
      • other data provided by the user when contacting KGLEGAL.
  3. Browsing the website does not require providing personal data other than automatically obtained information about connection parameters.
  4. The Administrator stores the data for the period necessary to provide the services and until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn.
  5. Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the EEA. KGLEGAL uses data storage servers located in countries within the EEA.

User Rights

  1. KGLEGAL ensures that users can exercise their rights under the GDPR and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
  2. In order to exercise your rights, please send an appropriate request by e-mail to: biuro@kglegal.pl or by traditional mail to: Graś i Wspólnicy sp.k. ul. Bieniewicka 26, 01-632 Warsaw.
  3. The user has the right to:
    • obtain comprehensive information on whether their personal data are being processed and to receive information on the full name and address of the company's registered office,
    • obtaining information about the purpose, scope, method and categories of personal data processed,
    • obtain information on how long their personal data have been processed and provide the content of these data in a generally understandable form,
    • obtain information about the source of personal data concerning him/her,
    • obtain information on how personal data is shared, in particular information on the recipients or categories of recipients to whom these personal data are shared,
    • request the supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of personal data protection regulations or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

  1. KGLEGAL uses cookies to ensure a better user experience on our website. In order to provide top-quality services, KGLEGAL ensures that the cookies it uses are safe for users. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes.
  2. Cookies are files stored on the user's end device, used to identify the user's browser when using websites. Cookies are used to tailor the content of websites to the user's preferences and optimize the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help understand how users use websites, which allows for the improvement of their structure and content, excluding personal identification of the user.
