Today, changes that will come into force in Warsaw regarding the procedure for concluding agreements by the Capital City of Warsaw with investors for the construction or reconstruction of roads resulting from non-road investments.

On September 16, an amendment to the Code of Administrative Procedure came into force, including regarding the invalidation of administrative decisions. Its purpose is to prevent the elimination of defective decisions from legal circulation.

Initially, our goal was to present the changes introduced by the amendment to the Construction Law. However, the law is constantly changing, so we decided to continue our series.

Today, issues related to the implementation of housing investments – analysis of the draft act on the protection of the rights of purchasers of residential premises or single-family houses and on the Developer Guarantee Fund.

The New Year brings new challenges, of which there will certainly be no shortage in legal matters. Therefore, we want to highlight the most important changes related to the construction process that await us in 2021.
