He specializes in civil law and real estate law. He has experience drafting and reviewing contracts and preparing legal opinions. He reviews and drafts agreements related to real estate acquisitions. He participates in due diligence reviews. He acts as a legal representative in civil and administrative proceedings before courts and central and local government bodies. He conducts court proceedings, primarily in the field of civil and administrative law. As part of his legal assistance, he reviews design and construction contracts, among other matters. He conducts proceedings before the National Support Center for Agriculture regarding consent for the acquisition of agricultural property by entities other than individual farmers and consent for the disposal of agricultural property within five years of its acquisition.
