He supports them throughout all stages of the investment process, from land acquisition to post-sales support and commercialization. He has extensive experience negotiating and concluding commercial lease agreements (for office, retail, and warehouse space).
In his practice, he prepares drafts and opinions for real estate sales agreements (including preliminary and conditional agreements), construction contracts, and design contracts.
