Trainee attorney at law at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, associated with the Graś i Wspólnicy sp.k. Law Firm since October 2023.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2025. He also completed a semester at the Université du Luxembourg under the Erasmus+ program in the 2024/2025 academic year.
In September 2025, he successfully passed the entrance examination for the attorney apprenticeship.
He gained experience working under the supervision of attorneys and legal advisors in the field of investment and construction consulting. His responsibilities include, in particular, providing support in the preparation of legal opinions on planning aspects, agricultural law issues, reprivatization proceedings in the Capital City of Warsaw, public roads, as well as historic preservation, nature conservation, environmental protection, and revitalization.
He also provides assistance in preparing due diligence , including preparing and verifying real estate documentation , as well as initial risk detection and assessment, and subsequent analysis of any identified issues.
Under the supervision of experienced attorneys, he also participates in drafting legal opinions, appeals against administrative decisions and rulings, and complaints to provincial administrative courts (primarily concerning the protection of historical monuments), which is closely related to his primary interest in administrative and administrative court proceedings. He also participates in drafting procedural documents in civil proceedings concerning matters related to the activities of entities in the construction industry. He gained his initial experience at an international real estate law firm, and also completed a short internship at a notary's office and a student internship at the 7th Judicial Division of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw.
