An attorney practicing at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
In his professional practice, he focuses on issues related to intellectual property law, cryptoassets, AML, and FinTech. In his current work, he advises entities in the computer gaming industry on the preparation of contracts, legal opinions, and participation in business negotiations. In the field of cryptoassets, he provides comprehensive support to both projects based on issuing their own cryptoassets and entities providing cryptoasset-related services.
He advises entities that constitute AML-obligated institutions, prepares procedures for them and audits such procedures, advises on the ongoing implementation of their statutory obligations, and conducts training.
