A lawyer associated with the Graś i Wspólnicy sp.k. Law Firm since 2025. He previously gained professional experience at a law firm specializing in renewable energy sources, which allowed him to combine legal knowledge with a practical understanding of investment processes.
A law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, he defended his master's thesis in the philosophy of law with distinction. He has participated in academic conferences and was associated with the University of Warsaw Law Clinic for many years, where he primarily worked in the civil law section—a field that remains his favorite and leading branch of law.
He is a future attorney-at-law trainee, specializing in real estate law and investment and construction processes. He views advising the development industry as a consciously chosen career path, closely linked to his own dreams of building a home. This perspective allows him to analyze clients' problems with foresight and the investor's imagination, viewing the development process as a game—one that requires strategic thinking, carries high risk, but is therefore particularly captivating—in which every legal decision influences the final outcome of the entire project.
In his professional work, he prepares legal opinions and analyses, creates contractual security, drafts procedural documents, and presents legal arguments. He also participates in the development of due diligence reports, including the identification and assessment of legal risks.
Outside of work, he is a fan of survival and mountain climbing, as well as a passionate enthusiast of legal philosophy.
