Attorney trainee Paweł Kopytowski has been associated with the Graś i Wspólnicy sp. k. Law Firm since the beginning of his career, where he serves as the Head of the Agricultural Law Department. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. He is currently completing his attorney training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
For several years, he has also been a member of the Program Council of the Center for Economic Strategy and Analysis Foundation. His experience also includes an internship at the Legal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration.
His primary interests include civil law, in particular real estate law, agricultural law and construction law.
He has authored numerous legal opinions for investors in the renewable energy, commercial real estate, and development sectors. He has authored numerous articles and reports on topics including the agricultural market, the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan, the PRS market, the new Development Act, spatial planning, and technical regulations for construction.
A commentator on the current situation in agriculture and the legal solutions proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. A participant and speaker at numerous conferences related to the agricultural industry and the real estate market. He is the originator and editor of the " Lawyer on the Farm" .
He has conducted training for members of the Polish Association of Real Estate Developers. He recently provided comprehensive legal services to a Warsaw developer.
On a daily basis, he prepares and reviews real estate investment contracts and residential and commercial lease agreements. He participates in the creation of legal due diligence reports (including for the leasing company of one of the largest banks operating in Poland).
For some time now, I have devoted a significant portion of my work to advising on agricultural law. In this area, I represent clients before courts and public administration bodies, and I also handle disputes against the National Support Center for Agriculture and the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. I always seek compromise solutions that significantly expedite proceedings and are often very beneficial to my clients.
Outside of work, he is a lover of agriculture, a keen observer of politics, and a sports fan.
