Marek Parzyński is a partner at the Graś i Wspólnicy law firm and the originator and creator of the New Technologies Department.
He is the president and co-owner of Games Incubator Sp. z o. o. (a computer game developer and publisher) and PWAY Sp. z o. o. (a blockchain platform collecting computer game ideas from around the world) – a company from the WSE-listed PlayWay SA group. He manages PlayWay School.
A shareholder and member of several supervisory boards in PlayWay Group companies, he serves as chairman of the supervisory board of Ultimate Games S.A., a company listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Since 2010 – practically from the very beginning of its popularization in Poland – he has been an advisor and active promoter of blockchain technology and digital currencies. He is a co-founder and board member of the Blockchain and New Technologies Chamber of Commerce and an arbitrator on the Chamber's Arbitration Court.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, he holds a master's degree in both Finance and Banking and Management and Marketing. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of Enterprises.
