In his practice, he prepares drafts and opinions for real estate sales agreements (including preliminary and conditional agreements), construction contracts, and design contracts. He represents the firm's clients before common courts, housing associations, and buyers, and supports them during negotiations.
He also assists the firm's clients in proceedings related to obtaining the necessary administrative decisions and permits for investment implementation.
