Mateusz Grosicki gained his extensive professional experience working since 2012 at well-known and respected law firms in Warsaw and Kielce, primarily serving businesses. He provides comprehensive legal services to entities in the energy and mining industries. He holds a doctoral degree from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and graduated from the Law School at Chicago Kent College of Law. His practice focuses on criminal law and white-collar crimes. He actively participates in proceedings conducted by the Central Anticorruption Bureau and the Economic Crime Departments of the Police and Prosecutor's Offices. He places great emphasis on ethical issues, utilizing all available legal provisions. As part of his practice, he represents clients in disputes with tax authorities regarding tax proceedings.
He represents the firm's clients in court proceedings before common, arbitration, and administrative courts. In the field of industrial property law, he handles matters concerning inventions, utility models, industrial designs, geographical indications of goods and integrated circuit topographies, trademarks, and trademark licenses administered by the Polish Patent Office.
He leads the team in auditing and implementing processes related to personal data protection. As part of his practice, he conducts proceedings related to the protection of the personal rights of individual clients and commercial entities. He is one of the speakers at the award-winning "Artists Against Hate" event. He is an active member of the Stop Haters! Foundation.
As part of his ongoing legal work, he provides ongoing legal services to entities in the energy, mining, textile, and cosmetics industries. He conducts debt collection on behalf of clients at every stage of the proceedings. He is an experienced negotiator and attorney in proceedings before authorities at all levels. He specializes in disputes involving the transfer of liability for company obligations under the Commercial Companies Code and the Tax Ordinance.
He is also active in research. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in banking law at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He is the author of several scientific publications. He has extensive teaching and training experience at Lublin universities, allowing him to professionally represent the firm at numerous national and international conferences. He is also a member of the Kielce Law Society, which aims to protect human rights and counteract violence. Attorney Mateusz Grosicki frequently appears as an expert, giving interviews to the press and television. He participates in parliamentary committee meetings during legislative proceedings.
