In his practice, he focuses primarily on issues related to bankruptcy and restructuring law.
For many years, he has also been advising corporate entities, gaining experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses at all stages of their development (establishment, transformation, merger, and liquidation), as well as negotiating investment agreements and conducting due diligence. In recent years, he has served on the management and supervisory boards of limited liability and joint-stock companies.
