Michał Sowiński

A lawyer with over eleven years of professional experience, which he gained while working with respected law firms – both Polish and foreign – that mainly provide services to entrepreneurs.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on issues related to bankruptcy and restructuring law.

For many years, he has also been advising corporate entities, gaining experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses at all stages of their development (establishment, transformation, merger, and liquidation), as well as negotiating investment agreements and conducting due diligence. In recent years, he has served on the management and supervisory boards of limited liability and joint-stock companies.
