It seems like only yesterday we published the first article in "Tuesday Mornings for Construction." Today's alert is already number 53. Initially, our goal was to provide a closer look at the changes introduced by the amendment to the Construction Law. However, the law is constantly changing, so we've decided to continue our series and provide you with reliable analyses of regulations related to real estate investment.

With this in mind, over the past twelve months we have been working on:
1. issues related to the amendment to the Building Law, which entered into force on September 19, 2021, which you can find here ,
2. changes resulting from the digitization of the investment and construction process, which you can find here ,
3. regulations regarding the legalization of unauthorized construction, which you can find here ,
4. the topic of local spatial development plans, which you can find here ,
5. issues related to the "premises for land" act, which you can find here ,
6. basic provisions related to the amendment to public procurement law in the context of construction contracts, which you can find here ,
7. planned changes resulting from the New Development Act, which you can find here .

Last year, our Law Firm's Real Estate Department not only wrote, but also prepared free online training courses for you, which are still available on our YouTube channel, and they concerned:

1. the situation of commercial facilities during the epidemic – here and here ;
2. conducting research on the legal status of real estate – here ;
3. amendments to the Building Law – here ;
4. legalization of unauthorized construction – here ;
5. digitization of the investment and construction process – here ;
6. purchasing agricultural real estate – here .

On behalf of the entire Law Firm and the entire Real Estate Department team, I would like to thank you for being with us and reading our articles. If you have any ideas on topics we could cover, please contact us directly. Our series is being developed specifically for you, so your feedback is very important to us.

Of course, we have plans for the future, and after the series on the New Development Act concludes, we will analyze issues related to agricultural land and the implementation of investments on it. We are also monitoring changes in the law and will certainly write about those that will impact the real estate market.

Next week, we will return to the New Development Act and discuss issues related to the acceptance of premises.
