Ladies and Gentlemen,
we cordially invite you to a seminar devoted entirely to succession. This is a natural stage in the life cycle of every family business, and the owners will have to grapple with it when passing the company on to the next generation.

Succession is not easy, it is a multi-stage process that requires strategic management and planning, which is why we decided to organize a meeting during which we will discuss, step by step, the next steps to ensure a successful succession.

Only professional execution is the optimal process for transferring ownership of the company to successors. Business transfers involve multiple interests and parties, often requiring specialized knowledge in various fields.

How they approach the matter depends on the owner's decision. It's worth remembering that a business is often the most valuable asset in a family's fortune. If so, is it worth risking the loss of oneself and loved ones?

Our seminar will be conducted in a hybrid format – in-person and online. We will include not only a lecture but also time for networking and individual consultations with professionals from our law firm, as well as experts from the event's co-organizer, Nova Praxis.

The conference is carried out as part of our planned Partnership in the POWR.02.21.00-00-0017/18 program called "Succession in family businesses - supporting the transition between generations" co-financed by EU and state funds.
