The success of the lawyers from the litigation department of the Graś i Wspólnicy sp. k. law firm – Jadwiga Kędzierska, attorney-at-law, and Marcin Zawistowski, attorney-at-law – resulted in obtaining security for several real estate properties consisting in a prohibition on their sale and encumbrance (and the entry of appropriate notes in the land and mortgage registers).
Undeniable success was achieved in a case involving an attorney-in-fact who executed legal actions leading to the sale of real estate without our client's consent or knowledge. The attorney-in-fact entered into the agreements in question with someone he knew very well, which casts doubt on his actions for the benefit of the principal. An additional argument was the gross undervaluation of the property and the fraudulent extraction of information from the owner. Lawyers from Graś & Partners filed a lawsuit seeking the invalidation of all sales agreements entered into by the attorney-in-fact. The provisions are not legally binding, but are immediately enforceable and provide real security for our client.
