Alert on the amendment to the Construction Law, in which we present a list of investments that do not require a building permit and are only subject to the notification obligation.

Issues related to the amendment to the Construction Law, related to the abolition of the obligation to obtain the consent of the authority before commencing the investment, i.e. both the obligation to obtain a building permit and to submit a notification.

At this point, however, it's worth revisiting the amendment to the Construction Law to prepare for its entry into force. Many of the introduced solutions will significantly impact the construction process.
