Our firm provides legal services to businesses at all stages of their development. We provide comprehensive advice from the initial phase, selecting the legal form of operation, through to the comprehensive implementation of transformations and mergers. We also have experience in cross-border company mergers.
We provide ongoing support to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We prepare comprehensive internal corporate documentation (minutes of Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings) and report any changes to the relevant authorities, such as the National Court Register (KRS), the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), and the National Depository for Securities (KDPW).
We advise on investment processes, create commercial contracts, partnership and shareholder agreements, and incentive programs for management staff.
We also manage strategic legal projects related to business development.
