Attorney entered on the list of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
He completed his legal training under the patronage of the President of the Supreme Bar Council and a member of the State Tribunal, attorney Przemysław Rosati.
He is a doctoral student at SPWS University, where he is preparing a doctoral dissertation on the practice of applying pre-trial detention in Poland.
He is actively involved in the work of the bar association and is a member of:
- The Team for Supporting the Practice of the Advocate Profession of the Supreme Bar Council
- Section of Criminal Law and Procedure at the District Bar Council in Warsaw
- Commission for Environmental Integration, Culture and Sports of the ORA in Warsaw.
He also co-founded the editorial board of "Młoda Palestra" and for many years was an active member of the Self-Government of Trainee Advocates at the Warsaw Bar Association.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and also from the School of American Law of the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Georgia State University and Emory University – with one of the best results in his year.
He holds the qualifications of Approved Compliance Officer, Mediator and Data Protection Inspector.
He also gained professional experience in the Law Firm of Attorney Artur Jurczak (former judge and prosecutor and long-time Deputy Disciplinary Spokesman of the District Bar Council in Warsaw).
He has extensive experience in handling criminal cases, including tax and commercial criminal law. He actively participates in proceedings conducted by the Central Anticorruption Bureau and the economic crime departments of the Police and Prosecutor's Offices. He has experience in AML and specializes in pretrial detention proceedings.
