An attorney with extensive experience in providing legal services, he has been associated with the Graś i Wspólnicy sp. k. law firm since 2017. His practice focuses primarily on providing ongoing legal services to businesses, particularly in the areas of contracts, corporate matters, civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings, as well as competition and consumer protection law. He has participated in numerous highly complex negotiations.
He has participated in large projects and disputes handled by the firm. In his daily work, he serves an entrepreneur ranked among the top thirty largest Polish companies according to the "200 Largest Polish Companies" ranking by the weekly "Wprost."

- Project Manager for an investment worth approximately PLN 100 million, including the sale of shares and the acquisition of a new issue. Member of the Steering Committee. I participated in negotiations and was responsible for coordinating work between the law firm and the entities involved in the transaction at every stage.
- Handling a complex case worth approximately PLN 80 million, combining several areas of law, including civil law, energy law, tax law, administrative law, and securities law, which resulted in a multi-party settlement.
- Acquisition of bonds in the issuance process worth approximately PLN 12 million.
- Participation in work on the issue of bonds worth PLN 50 million and the introduction of these bonds to trading in the Catalyst Alternative Trading System, organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
- Legal services for an entrepreneur who is among the top 30 largest Polish companies according to the ranking of the "200 Largest Polish Companies" by the weekly "Wprost".
- Ongoing supervision of the debt collection process, covering approximately 200 cases with a total value exceeding PLN 13 million.
- Negotiations regarding implementation, licensing, service and development agreements for various systems, including the largest ERP systems.
- Participation in the implementation of numerous procedures, in particular: (i) monitoring receivables (debt collection), (ii) granting credit limits, (iii) circulation and control of accounting documents, (iv) order authorization, (v) obtaining security.
- Preparing companies to adapt to new regulations, in particular to the provisions regarding "JPK_VDEK" and mandatory "split payment", the Act on excessive delays in commercial transactions.
- Preparing entrepreneurs for changes in IT systems in connection with amendments to regulations.
- Providing consulting services to an entity offering international fleet cards.
- Providing legal services to prepare businesses to start operations in a new area.
- Participation in the process of obtaining funding from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and assistance in the ongoing management of processes related to the implementation of contracts related to this funding.
