Legal advisor, founder of the Law Firm

Founder and partner of the law firm Graś i Wspólnicy sp. k. He has a thorough understanding of the real estate market, understands the principles and conditions of real estate development, and ensures the best interests of his clients are protected. He provides legal assistance primarily to businesses, both in the form of ongoing advice and on individual projects.

His practice focuses primarily on real estate matters , encompassing the full range of real estate investment issues, with particular emphasis on real estate development and development.
He is actively involved in legal counseling and negotiating real estate sales agreements, including advising on some of the largest transactions in the Warsaw market and beyond. On behalf of his clients, he also negotiates investment financing agreements, lease agreements, and sales agreements for projects under the PRS formula.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of real estate reprivatization and perpetual usufruct issues. He seeks compromise solutions for clients and assists in the amicable resolution of disputes.

He directly advises the Polish Association of Developers and conducts training for its members. Together with the Polish Association of Developers, and independently (e.g., with Rzeczpospolita), he conducts numerous training sessions on real estate transactions, the new Act on the Protection of Residential Purchasers' Rights, and the
Polish Residential Property Register (PRS). For many months, he has devoted a significant portion of his work to further developing the firm's practice in implementing ESG policies and reporting for clients. In this regard, he has acquired the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) as a substantive partner, with whom he collaborates, among other things, on environmental protection issues.
