He has been working with the law firm Graś i Wspólnicy sp. k. since August 2017. He specializes in real estate and construction law. He provides ongoing legal services to commercial companies operating within the capital group. He has experience drafting and reviewing contracts and preparing legal opinions.
As a trainee attorney, he represents attorneys in civil and commercial proceedings. He has worked on numerous legal due diligence investigations.
He provides legal advice both during the real estate investment process and in the ongoing management of residential and commercial premises. He prepares preliminary and final agreements, as well as lease agreements. He supports lawyers, attorneys, and legal advisors in handling litigation, particularly those related to real estate and construction investments, including infrastructure investments financed with public funds.
