We are pleased to inform you that on May 18, 2022, in the case of our client against Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA (formerly LUKAS BANK SA), the District Court in Warsaw, III Civil Division, issued a judgment in full favor of our client.

This case is interesting because, despite the fact that the mortgage loan was repaid in full by our client in March 2016, the Court did not accept the objection of the statute of limitations raised by Credit Agricole.

It is also worth adding that this case – from filing the lawsuit to issuing the judgment – ​​lasted only two years, and it was held in the District Court in Warsaw.
