We hereby inform you that, in accordance with Article 47 paragraph 4 of the Act of 24 November 2017 on tourist packages and related tourist services, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for participation in a tourist package before its commencement without incurring any withdrawal fees, due to the occurrence of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, which recently include the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19).

Customers will certainly encounter reluctance from tour operators who will be required to refund fees under Article 47, Section 4 of the Act, which will lead to a situation where the customer will have to pursue their rights through civil proceedings.
