The Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund program begins today ( February 2, 2026) . This EU initiative, supported by the European Commission and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), has benefited over 400 of our clients in recent years.
This program provides real financial support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises by offering non-refundable reimbursement of a significant portion of official fees . If you're planning to register a trademark, design, or patent, now is the perfect time to take action.

Below is a summary of the amounts by which you can reduce the costs of protecting your company:

Key principles – what is worth knowing?
- No rigid declarations – When applying for a voucher, you do not have to specify precisely what and where will be reported.
- Flexibility – You are not obligated to use the funds allocated in full.
- Aid status – Importantly, this fund is not treated as de minimis aid .
- Deadlines – After receiving your voucher, you have one month to activate it (with the option to extend it for another month). The exception is IP Scan, which has a 6-month redemption period.
Necessary documentation
In order for us to submit an application on your behalf, we only need:
- VAT certificate (or extract from CEIDG in the case of companies exempt from VAT).
- Proof of having a bank account (we recommend a EUR account to avoid currency conversion costs).
- A scan of the signed power of attorney (according to the template we provided).
- Information about the size of the enterprise (information provided by e-mail or telephone is sufficient: micro, small or medium-sized).
How does the procedure work?
We work quickly and effectively so you can focus on growing your business:
- You provide us with documents.
- We are submitting an application for vouchers as your representatives.
- We are waiting for a decision (usually about 10 business days).
- We process the application for your trademark, design or invention and pay the fee.
- We request a refund – the funds will be transferred directly to your account within 30 days.
Important! Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted. Companies that received support in previous years are also eligible to benefit from the program.
