Success of attorney Marcin Zawistowski's team.

The Court of Appeal in Warsaw dismissed the opponent's appeal concerning the return of unjust enrichment obtained as a result of enforcing a double deposit from a preliminary real estate sales agreement, secured by voluntary submission to enforcement, the so-called 777.

From a practical perspective, it is worth emphasizing that:

1. the judgment was issued in camera less than a month after the response to the appeal was filed,
2. thanks to monitoring the status of the case on the news portal, we knew about the verdict the next day,
3. the application for granting an enforcement clause was submitted before the judgment was served,
4. Only 8 days passed from the issuance of the judgment to the initiation of enforcement, which is an excellent result considering that the Court generally serves documents only by post.
