Ladies and Gentlemen, we are pleased to inform you that on September 13, 2021, in the case of our clients against Getin Noble Bank SA with its registered office in Warsaw , the District Court in Warsaw, XXVIII Civil Division, issued a judgment in full favor of our clients.

The court first DETERMINED THE INVALIDITY of the mortgage loan agreement (in Swiss francs) and then, applying the two-state theory, awarded the claimed monetary claims against the Bank to our clients, along with statutory default interest, as well as awarded the Bank to our clients the reimbursement of the costs of the proceedings, including the costs of legal representation.

It is also worth adding that this was an exceptional case, as the Court issued a judgment based solely on the documents collected in the case files, refraining from hearing the witnesses and the Parties.
