Another success in Swiss franc cases 

Invalidity of the Swiss franc contract and awarding of the claimed monetary claims against the bank. 

We are pleased to inform you that on November 22, 2021, in the case of our client against Bank BPH SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (formerly GE Money Bank SA), the District Court in Gdańsk, 15th Civil Division, issued a judgment in full favor of our Client. 

The court first of all DECLARED THE INVALIDITY of the mortgage loan agreement (in Swiss francs) concluded by our Client with GE Money Bank, and then, applying the theory of two conditions, awarded the claimed monetary claims against the Bank in favour of our Principal, together with statutory default interest, and also awarded the Bank in favour of our Client the reimbursement of the costs of the proceedings, including the costs of legal representation and the costs of witness appearance.

It is also worth adding that this case – from filing the lawsuit to issuing the judgment – ​​lasted only a year and a half, despite the pandemic conditions.
