As a supporting partner of the Polish Association of Developers, we make every effort to legally protect the interests of Polish developer companies.
This time, we were invited to a training session at the Krakow branch of the Polish Housing Association (PZFD). Legal counsel Michał Kijewski and attorney Michał Rutkowski prepared a training session on the legal aspects of PSR investments, namely the design and construction of rental apartments.
During the meeting, we discussed important data regarding this type of investment, the implementation of residential investments, and the types of lease agreements concluded in the PRS market. Seeing the packed room, which was attended by all registered members of the Polish Association of Developers, we are convinced that such training is necessary to ensure the legal security of residential investments.
