We've had a busy period, during which we conducted numerous training sessions, primarily on the new Development Act, which came into force on July 1, 2022. We trained developers from the Polish Association of Development Companies, discussed the changes during a free webinar we organized ourselves, and also conducted three training sessions in partnership with Rzeczpospolita.

The changes developers had to prepare for, and about which they still have hundreds of questions, are a comprehensive reform imposing new obligations on them. Our lawyers have been analyzing and interpreting these changes since the new Development Act was passed, to provide a practical overview of the new obligations during training sessions.

The speakers who conducted training for Rzeczpospolita included legal counsel Michał Kijewski, attorney Michał Rutkowski, attorney Patryk Grochowski, legal counsel Adrianna Kobylarczyk, and legal counsel Przemysław Dziąg from the Polish Association of Developers, as well as legal counsel Katarzyna Augustyniak, representing the Augustyniak & Żarski Law Firm.

Moreover, during the training “Electricity in the company – cost optimization”, attorney Maksymilian Graś delivered a lecture.

Over 80 people participated in training sessions conducted in partnership with Rzeczpospolita, and their satisfaction is our greatest source of satisfaction. We are also extremely pleased with the feedback from Barbara Dąbrowska, Project Manager of the Conference and Training Department at Rzeczpospolita:

"I recommend this firm as a reliable partner for cooperation, both in terms of content and organization. The lectures during training sessions organized by Rzeczpospolita Konsercja were prepared and delivered with meticulous attention to detail. The presentations discussed during the training addressed both legal and more theoretical aspects, but were also reflected in practical examples illustrating the situations discussed. Attending the lectures conducted by the firm's representatives demonstrates their extensive substantive knowledge and the ease with which they can connect it with practical aspects of business."

We would like to thank all participants and partners who helped us work together to ensure the safety of Polish entrepreneurs. We hope to see you soon at the next training sessions!
