Today we are discussing the procedure for obtaining consent from the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) for the acquisition of agricultural land, which results from the Act of 11 April 2003 on shaping the agricultural system (UKUR).

We are starting a series devoted to agricultural land, in which we will focus on issues related to investments in agricultural land, i.e. both the trading and the implementation of investments.
